That was really hard! There are other ladies out there just like me — all a part of Stratejoy! The Joy Equation reintroduced me to myself. Going into the course, I felt disconnected from my true self. It felt like I was holding my breath. Throughout all of the journal prompts, I was able to really dig into how I was viewing myself and certain aspects of my life in a real way.

It was equal parts eye opening and comforting; I felt like I was creating a roadmap of my life.
